You can’t go to Dollywood without visiting the Chasing Rainbows Museum. It’s dedicated to Dolly Parton’s remarkable life and incredible career and showcases the Queen of Country’s many Grammy awards, handwritten lyrics of her greatest hits, and some of the wonderful outfits she’s worn on television and in movies. You’ll even get greeted by a Dolly hologram!
Ride the Dollywood Express
While technically a ride, the Dollywood Express is more like a normal train than it is a theme park adventure. The coal-fired steam engine winds round the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains and the natural beauty of this setting will take your breath away.
See the Southern Gospel Hall of Fame
If you’re a music lover, don’t miss the Southern Gospel Museum and Hall of Fame. It’s located in the theme park’s Showstreet section and profiles some of the pioneers of this musical style, with everyone from Bill Gaither to The Rambos covered.

Did you know that Dollywood holds the Golden Ticket Award for having the Best Theme Park Food? Sample some mouth-watering cuisine in the best Southern tradition at Granny Ogle’s and kick back and relax at the Front Porch Café.
